Passion of the Christmas
The USB powered lights are on, Dean Martin is dreaming of a white one and I’ve got my Rudolf jumper on. Yes folks it’s officially Christmas here in Boys and Girls. To celebrate we’re having a special Lunchtime Movie Christmas Special. After much debate, which included the interesting option of a one hour Chrismas Special instead of a full feature film, we finally opted for Scrooged starring Bill Murray.
This really is my favorite time of year. In case you might have any doubts about just how much I like Christmas I thought this chart might help clarify it for you:
With the embargo on everything joyful and triumphant, imposed by those who shall not be named (and Margaret), finally lifted and I can now share my excitement with the rest of the office (whether they like it or not).
The ban on Bon Noel in the workplace hasn’t prevented me from preparing for this moment. In fact, for the past three weeks I’ve been busy creating this little beauty. My first wooden Advent Calendar.
I didn’t quite make it to the North Pole and the garage was hardly Santa’s Workshop but it didn’t hamper my Elf-confidence.
I can keep this up forever, well for another 24 sleeps anyway.
