Nowt queer as folk.
Ladies and gentleman I present to you the finest sandwich ever devised by man. Or woman for that matter. Sure, the Grilled Chicken from Juniors on Bath Avenue is a masterpiece and The Californian from the Pig and Heffer is delicious, but if you haven’t had a Cheese and Crisp Sandwich with Brown Sauce then you simply haven’t lived.
I’m pretty sure that, if the presentation was right, the rather difficult Monica Galetti would be delighted to serve it to Michel Roux Jr on Masterchef.
I lost you at brown sauce didn’t I?
Trust me. This is one of the greatest culinary discoveries since chilli and chocolate.
